killyourbadideas.com provides a free AI-powered startup idea scanner and validation tools. The analysis is generated by AI (Google Gemini) and is intended as educational guidance, not professional business, legal, or financial advice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Usage Rules

You agree not to:

-Use the service for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities
-Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
-Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
-Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service
-Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

Your ideas remain yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the scanner. AI-generated analysis results are provided for your use but the underlying methodology, prompts, and system design remain our intellectual property.

Paid Services (Reality Check)

The Reality Check coaching session is booked and paid through TidyCal. The price is displayed at the time of booking. For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analyses are automated assessments and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the analysis.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence in accordance with German law (§§ 276, 278 BGB). This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Darmstadt, Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply additionally.
