Scan Input Data

When you use the Zombie Scanner, we process your idea description to generate the analysis. Your input is sent to Google Gemini (AI model) for analysis. We store a truncated version of your scan input (first 120 characters) along with the scan result (score, status) for product improvement purposes. This data is stored anonymously — we do not link it to your IP address, user account, or any other personal identifier. We also store anonymous, aggregated counters (total scans, status distribution, country-level statistics).

Technical Data

IP address (for rate limiting, stored temporarily for 60 seconds), browser type, device information. Collected automatically by our hosting provider Vercel.

Feedback

If you submit feedback through our feedback form, we store your feedback text. No personal data is required or collected alongside it.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you choose to submit feedback.

CTA Interactions

We count which call-to-action buttons are clicked (e.g. "Book Reality Check", "Scan My Idea") as anonymous, aggregated counters. These counts are not linked to individual users, IP addresses, or sessions. We also attach UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium) to outbound booking links so the booking provider (TidyCal) can show us which page a booking originated from. No cookies are set for this purpose.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymized, aggregated usage statistics. No personal data is collected. No cookies are set for analytics.
